This page explains how your order reaches you. As Skyline Computers does not operate a public retail storefront, orders are delivered or collected by arrangement.

Custom PCs

Custom gaming PCs are built to order. Once your build is complete and tested, we will arrange delivery or collection with you. Free local delivery may be available where applicable — we will confirm this with your quote.

Upgrades & parts

Where parts or upgrade items are ordered, delivery options and any charges will be confirmed before payment.

Build times

Build times depend on component availability. We will give you an estimated timescale with your quote and keep you updated throughout the build process.

Tracking

You can track the status of your order, including build stages, from your customer account.

Christmas delivery

Christmas delivery is not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed by us. Please enquire early to secure a build slot.
