These terms govern your use of the Skyline Computers website and services. By requesting a quote, placing an order or booking a service, you agree to them.

Quotes & pricing

All custom PC quotes are provided free of charge and are no-obligation. Prices shown on the website for example builds are guide prices only. Final specifications and prices depend on component selection and current component costs at the time of ordering.

Orders

Custom builds are made to order. An order is confirmed once accepted by us and any required payment or deposit is arranged. We will not begin sourcing components for a custom build until your order is confirmed.

Repairs & bookings

Bookings are subject to availability. Diagnostic and repair prices may vary depending on the work required; we will always advise you of costs before carrying out chargeable work. Some services are quote-only, meaning a price is agreed after assessment.

Payment

Online card payments are being connected. Where payment is required, we will arrange it with you directly. No payment is taken without your authorisation.

Cancellations

You can cancel or request to reschedule a booking through your account or by contacting us. Custom builds that have already commenced may be subject to costs for components ordered on your behalf.

Liability

We take care with your devices and data, but we are not liable for pre-existing faults, data loss, or issues beyond our control. We recommend backing up your data before any repair or upgrade.

Drone services

Drone services are photographic/visual inspections only and are not professional structural surveys. For a formal structural assessment, consult a qualified surveyor.
